Digital eBooks and audiobooks

Digital titles can be accessed shortly after payment. If you request immediate access and acknowledge that the normal 14-day cancellation right ends when supply begins, a change of mind after supply starts will normally not qualify for cancellation under that right. If you have not requested immediate access or supply has not begun, contact us promptly about cancellation.

If a title is faulty, does not match its description, or access cannot be provided, contact us through the website Contact page with your order reference. We will investigate, try to resolve the issue, and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. These rights are unaffected by any immediate-access acknowledgement.

Printed books

Printed books are supplied separately from digital purchases. Your applicable cancellation and consumer rights for a physical order remain unaffected by the digital access terms. Contact us through the website Contact page with your order reference for return instructions.
