Digital Purchase Terms

Version: 2 October 2026

Your purchase

An eBook purchase gives you personal access to read the selected language edition in your Landau Reader account and the option to download that purchased language edition as an EPUB file. An audiobook purchase gives you personal access to listen to the selected language edition in Landau Reader. Each language and format is a separate purchase. The Reader itself has no compulsory subscription fee.

How access works

eBooks can be read online through Landau Reader using a compatible device, internet connection and your account. Once purchased, the same language edition may also be downloaded as an EPUB file and stored on your own devices for use with compatible eBook reading software. Audiobooks are currently accessed through Landau Reader and no standalone MP3 download is supplied. Please keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you cannot access a purchase.

Personal use

You may use the purchased title for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. A downloaded EPUB may be stored on your own devices and used with compatible eBook reading software. Copyright remains with its rights holder. You must not share your account or share, distribute, upload, resell or otherwise supply the EPUB or other purchased content to another person without permission.

Availability and support

We aim to maintain access to your purchased titles, but occasional maintenance or technical faults may interrupt the Reader. If a purchase is missing or inaccessible, contact Landau Publishing through the website Contact page with your order reference so we can investigate. We will not remove access to a paid title without a valid reason; if we cannot restore access, we will address the issue under the applicable consumer rights.

Cancellation and faults

If you expressly request immediate digital access and acknowledge the loss of the normal 14-day cancellation right, that right ends when supply begins. This does not affect your rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or cannot be supplied. See our Refund Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version accepted with your order is recorded against that order. Any change will not remove your applicable statutory rights.
